The ‘KJM/Manchetts’ Fen Tigers are back on the road this Friday (28th April) when they travel to the National Stadium to face the Belle Vue Colts.

After successfully utilising guests for the last two fixtures the Fen Tigers welcome back Number One Connor Mountain who scored a highly respectable six points in Wednesday’s British U21 Final at Poole. The Fen Tigers will travel with confidence following fine wins at Cradley and at home to Eastbourne, but knowing it will be a difficult task to defeat a side led by the exciting Dan Bewley and Jack Smith. Bewley scored a fifteen point maximum for the Fen Tigers at Cradley and followed it up at Stoke in the league for Belle Vue.

Team Manager Robert Henry is aware of the task facing his team, he said “The last three performances by the boys have been impressive, but they have now set themselves a high standard and nothing less than that effort and commitment will be accepted. Belle Vue are a very good side and we will have to be on our game from the off, but if we show the team spirit and togetherness that has shone through in the last couple of weeks there is no reason why we cannot achieve the result we want, we certainly have the riders to do the job.”
