The ‘KJM/Manchetts’ Fen Tigers head to Birmingham tomorrow evening for the Quarter Final 1st leg of their KO Cup tie.

With both sides unbeaten in their opening three fixtures this looks likely to be a titanic coming together of two of the heavyweights in this year’s National League.
Fen Tigers Kevin Jolly is in no doubt of the task ahead, he said “This is the big one in the early part of our season, Birmingham look very strong and David Mason has put together a side with a similar look and feel to ours, big top end strength backed by exciting youngsters full of potential to improve.

We will be looking to continue our unbeaten run and the boys are full of confidence just now, but at the same time fully aware of the task in front of them. This is a straight 30 heat shoot out and we must ensure we are well placed at the halfway mark come the end of heat fifteen tomorrow, and then go on and finish the job at home”
