The Stoke ‘AR Richards’ Potters are the latest side to try and end the unbeaten National League run of the table topping ‘KJM/Manchetts’ Fen Tigers when they visit West Row on Sunday (12th August 3:00pm).

Drew Kemp, who turns sixteen on Saturday, continues at Number One and is starting to form a potent partnership with fellow heat leader Danny Ayres who has now hit the rich vein of form expected of him all season. In fact on current form the Fen Tigers are running five heat leaders in their top five and will be all out for another strong performance ahead of their Southern tour to the Isle of Wight and Plymouth next week.

Stoke arrive without Tony Atkin and will include ex-Fen Tigers Captain Connor Coles as a guest replacement. Max Clegg nd David Wallinger have scored good points at West Row in recent times and will pose questions that the Fen Tigers will look to answer as they go for their eleventh straight League victory

Kevin Jolly has made it clear that there is still work to do, he said “Although things are going very smoothly at the moment we cannot afford to relax as teams will be all out to defeat us now we have gone on this run. I don’t think it will be a problem though as the lads are so tuned in and hungry for success and are desperate to keep this run going as long as possible and stay at the top of the league. Our crowds are improving well of late and we hope our supporters will come out in force again to support their team, the racing has been superb recently providing great entertainment.

Following Sunday’s meeting we head to the Isle of Wight and Plymouth on our second Southern tour of the year, we started our season off in flying style with top big victories in May and although I expect things to be must tighter this time we travel with plenty of confidence”
